1.3. Acceptance of the offer constitutes the Buyer's full agreement with all terms of this Agreement.

1.4. This Agreement becomes effective upon receipt of payment.

2.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with access to digital educational materials hosted on the website frenchsuper.com.

2.2. The main product is the digital book "Je Parle!", which includes:

• — an e-book in PDF format;
• — audio materials for listening comprehension and pronunciation;
• — all subsequent book updates;
• — access to a personal dashboard with materials.

2.3. The full product description, specifications, and pricing are listed on the product page of the website.

3.1. Product prices are listed on the website in the following currencies: USD, EUR, UAH, RUB. Current prices are always available on the product page.

3.2. Payment is required in full before access to the product is granted.

3.3. Accepted payment methods:

• — bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via IDBank VPOS terminal — charged in Armenian drams (AMD);
• — other payment methods as specified on the website.

3.4. When paying via IDBank VPOS in AMD, currency conversion from the card's currency is performed by the Buyer's issuing bank at its exchange rate.

3.5. Prices are subject to change. Changes do not apply to orders already paid for.

4.1. The product is delivered in electronic form. No physical delivery is provided.

4.2. Access to digital materials is granted automatically upon payment confirmation — typically within a few minutes.

4.3. An access link is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer at checkout.

4.4. The product is deemed delivered once the Buyer is granted access to the materials in the personal dashboard.

4.5. In case of technical difficulties with access, the Buyer may contact support via email or Telegram.

The Seller undertakes to:

• — provide access to the product upon payment confirmation;
• — ensure availability of materials in the personal dashboard;
• — provide book updates at no additional charge;
• — provide technical support regarding access issues.

The Buyer undertakes to:

• — pay for the product in the established manner;
• — provide accurate contact information at checkout;
• — not share access to the materials with third parties;
• — use the materials exclusively for personal educational purposes.

7.1. The Seller is responsible for the quality of the digital materials provided and their conformity with the description on the website.

7.2. The Seller does not guarantee specific educational outcomes: the effectiveness of learning depends on the Buyer's consistency and independent effort.

7.3. The Seller's liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

7.4. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.

8.1. All materials (texts, audio, illustrations, design) are protected by the Seller's copyright.

8.2. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for personal educational purposes.

8.3. Prohibited: copying, distribution, publication, resale, and any other commercial use of the materials without the Seller's written consent.

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

9.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled in court at the Seller's place of registration (Republic of Armenia).

9.3. The Buyer may also file a complaint with the authorized consumer protection body of the Republic of Armenia.

10.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer unilaterally. The revised version takes effect upon publication on the website.

10.2. Continued use of the website and services after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

10.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
